By using CodeForm's services you agree to the terms below. Services are provided by CodeForm, based in Iraq. These terms apply to all services and products: Technology (apps, websites, and software), Research, Studio, AI, Suite, and Bundles. Ticking "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" on a request form is your agreement to them. The details on each service's page and the quote you confirm form part of these terms.
All services are provided as described on this site. Prices shown are starting prices, except Bundles, whose prices are fixed. Every project starts with a free conversation, with no obligation. Specific timelines, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed after reviewing each request, and nothing is built, written, or drawn before you agree to the price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. CodeForm reserves the right to decline any project.
Payment terms depend on the service. All prices are in Iraqi dinars (IQD).
Monthly fees are due at the start of each month. Accepted payment methods: ZainCash and Al Rafidain Bank transfer. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Providing a false transaction reference is a breach of these terms.
Final files, source code, account access, and stamped drawings are handed over once payment is complete. If a payment is late, work pauses until it is made. If a monthly fee is 14 days late, WhatsApp messages pause; at 30 days, the site or system pauses. Both resume once the fee is paid.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun or the order has been processed. If a problem comes up afterward, free support is provided to fix it — limited to what was agreed before work started.
A monthly fee is not refunded for a month that has started. You can stop a monthly fee at any time, and the service ends at the end of the month already paid.
Exceptions:
Timelines depend on the scope of work and are confirmed after we review your request. Until then, the timelines shown on each service's page are estimates. Bundles are delivered within the timeline published for each bundle. A timeline starts once the deposit is paid and we have the content and details you need to provide. Delays in providing them, or in your approvals, extend the timeline.
Every app, website, and software project includes launch support, and you choose one:
You can move from Managed Support to a Full Handover at any time. You own the product built for you once payment is complete. CodeForm keeps the right to reuse general tools, components, and know-how that are not specific to your project. After a Full Handover, CodeForm is not responsible for changes made by others or for the infrastructure you run. App stores, hosting, and domains are subject to the rules of the providers that run them, including app store review.
Bundles are fixed-price and fixed-scope. Your price is locked at the time you apply. Anything beyond a bundle's scope is quoted separately and added to the project. You provide the content each bundle lists, and your logo and brand colors unless we agree to design them. If you already have part of a bundle, the scope is adjusted with a credit or a swap of equal value, agreed during onboarding.
Every bundle has a monthly fee, and you choose one of two payment plans:
Each bundle's price, setup fee, and monthly fees are shown on the Bundles page. The monthly fee keeps the bundle running: hosting, domain, backups, and fixes, and, for a bundle with a system, WhatsApp confirmations and reminders up to its monthly allowance (400 messages for Academy & Education and Real Estate Agency, 800 for Restaurant & Café, Medical Practice, and Ecommerce Starter). Extra messages are 1,500 IQD per 100. Orders placed through a bundle are paid cash on delivery; online payment, such as ZainCash or cards, is not included and is quoted separately.
A bundle runs on systems that CodeForm builds and runs for many businesses. Your domain, your content, and your business's data are yours, and you can ask for an export of them at any time. The system itself is a service, provided while the monthly fee is paid, and it is not handed over; owning the code is a custom project under Section 6. You can stop a bundle at any time: its site and system then stop at the end of the month already paid. Section 6's terms on third-party providers apply to Bundles too.
Research is written to your topic, tier, length, and language, and delivered as an editable Word file and a PDF. Three free revisions are included after delivery — additions, removals, or corrections within the agreed topic. Each extra revision is 5% of the project price. Advanced work is verified with Turnitin, with under 10% plagiarism guaranteed and a free re-check. You own the final delivered document, and you are responsible for how it is used, including following the rules of any institution you submit it to. CodeForm is not responsible for how the delivered research is used.
Studio work is priced per m² of built area, at the rate of your package or service. Your exact figure, included revisions, and timeline are confirmed with your quote. Drawings are based on the plot details and information you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy. Stamped sets are signed off by the licensed civil engineer and ready to submit for a building permit; the permit itself is decided by the authorities. The stamp covers the set as delivered, for the plot it was made for. Studio designs and draws; it does not carry out or supervise construction. Drawings are delivered as DWG and PDF, and 3D source files on request.
CodeForm AI is launching soon. Joining the waitlist is free and places no obligation on you or CodeForm. Pricing, payment, and delivery terms are confirmed at launch, and early waitlist members get founder pricing as announced then. At launch, you approve the script and the storyboard before the final render. You are responsible for having the rights to the brand materials you provide, and once you approve a script, for what the ad says.
Suite products, such as Kroslink, are made and run by CodeForm. Subscribing gives you use of a product; it does not transfer ownership of it. Each product is free to start with limits, and paid tiers unlock more; tier names, prices, and limits are set for each product at launch. Products in early access may change their features, limits, and availability. When you connect accounts on other platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, you are responsible for what you publish and for following those platforms' rules. Where a product publishes its own terms, those apply as well. Joining a waitlist places no obligation on you or CodeForm.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders, and for having the rights to the content you give CodeForm — text, photos, logos, menus, listings, documents, and plot details — and for what it says. The files and details you send with a request are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Misuse of delivered products is solely the user's responsibility.
CodeForm may show the work it delivers — screens, renders, and drawings — in its portfolio, with sensitive data redacted. If your project must stay private, tell us before work begins.
Some services depend on providers outside CodeForm: hosting, database, and domain providers, app stores, payment providers, WhatsApp, social platforms, and Turnitin. Their availability, decisions, and price changes are outside CodeForm's control.
CodeForm's liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. CodeForm is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data, or interrupted business.
These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. If a disagreement comes up, contact us first and we will work to resolve it directly.
CodeForm may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms. A project already agreed stays under the terms that applied when you agreed to it, except that monthly fees may be reviewed once a year, with at least 30 days' notice before a change.

تعتمد شروط الدفع على نوع الخدمة. جميع الأسعار بالدينار العراقي.
تُستحقّ الرسوم الشهرية في بداية كل شهر. طرق الدفع المقبولة: ZainCash وتحويل مصرف الرافدين. تُؤكَّد الطلبات عبر واتساب. تقديم رقم معاملة مزيف يُعدّ انتهاكاً لهذه الشروط.
تُسلَّم الملفات النهائية والكود المصدري وصلاحيات الحسابات والمخططات المختومة بعد اكتمال الدفع. وإذا تأخّرت دفعة، يتوقّف العمل حتى تُسدَّد. وإذا تأخّرت الرسوم الشهرية 14 يوماً، تتوقّف رسائل واتساب، وبعد 30 يوماً يتوقّف الموقع أو النظام، ويعود كلاهما للعمل بعد سداد الرسوم.
الدفعات والمبالغ غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء العمل أو معالجة الطلب. وإذا ظهرت مشكلة بعد ذلك، يُقدَّم دعم مجاني لإصلاحها — في حدود ما تم الاتفاق عليه قبل بدء العمل.
لا تُستردّ الرسوم الشهرية عن شهر بدأ. ويمكنك إيقاف الرسوم الشهرية في أي وقت، فتنتهي الخدمة بنهاية الشهر المدفوع.
استثناءات:
تعتمد الجداول الزمنية على نطاق العمل وتُؤكَّد بعد مراجعة طلبك، وحتى ذلك الحين تبقى المدد المعروضة في صفحة كل خدمة تقديرية. أما الحزم فتُسلَّم ضمن المدة المعلنة لكل حزمة. يبدأ احتساب المدة بعد دفع العربون واستلامنا المحتوى والتفاصيل التي عليك تقديمها، وأي تأخير في تقديمها أو في موافقاتك يمدّد المدة.
كل مشروع تطبيق أو موقع أو برمجيات يشمل دعم الإطلاق، وتختار أحد خيارين:
يمكنك الانتقال من الدعم المُدار إلى التسليم الكامل في أي وقت. تملك المنتج الذي بُني لك بعد اكتمال الدفع. وتحتفظ كودفورم بحق إعادة استخدام الأدوات والمكوّنات العامة والخبرة غير الخاصة بمشروعك. وبعد التسليم الكامل، لا تتحمّل كودفورم مسؤولية التعديلات التي يجريها غيرها أو البنية التحتية التي تديرها أنت. وتخضع متاجر التطبيقات والاستضافة والدومين لقواعد الجهات التي تديرها، بما فيها مراجعة متاجر التطبيقات.
الحزم ثابتة السعر وثابتة النطاق، ويُثبَّت سعرك وقت تقديم الطلب. أي شيء خارج نطاق الحزمة يُسعَّر بشكل منفصل ويُضاف إلى المشروع. تقدّم أنت المحتوى الذي تذكره كل حزمة، وشعارك وألوان هويتك ما لم نتفق على تصميمها. وإن كان لديك جزء من الحزمة، يُعدَّل النطاق بخصم أو باستبدال بشيء آخر بقيمة مماثلة، يُتفق عليه أثناء الإعداد.
لكل حزمة رسوم شهرية، وتختار إحدى خطتَي الدفع:
يظهر سعر كل حزمة ورسوم بدئها ورسومها الشهرية في صفحة الحزم. تُبقي الرسوم الشهرية الحزمة تعمل: الاستضافة والدومين والنسخ الاحتياطية والإصلاحات، ومعها للحزمة التي فيها نظام تأكيدات وتذكيرات واتساب ضمن حدّها الشهري (400 رسالة للأكاديمية والتعليم والمكتب العقاري، و800 للمطاعم والمقاهي والعيادة الطبية والمتجر الإلكتروني). والرسائل الإضافية بـ 1,500 د.ع. لكل 100 رسالة. وتُدفع الطلبات التي تتم عبر الحزمة نقداً عند الاستلام، أما الدفع الإلكتروني، مثل ZainCash أو البطاقات، فغير مشمول ويُسعَّر بشكل منفصل.
تعمل الحزمة على أنظمة تبنيها كودفورم وتديرها لعدة أعمال. دومينك ومحتواك وبيانات عملك ملكك، ويمكنك طلب نسخة منها في أي وقت. أما النظام نفسه فخدمة تُقدَّم ما دامت الرسوم الشهرية مدفوعة، ولا يُسلَّم، فامتلاك الكود مشروع مخصّص بموجب القسم ٦. ويمكنك إيقاف الحزمة في أي وقت، فيتوقّف موقعها ونظامها بنهاية الشهر المدفوع. وتنطبق على الحزم أيضاً شروط القسم ٦ الخاصة بالجهات الخارجية.
يُكتب البحث حسب موضوعك ودرجته وطوله ولغته، ويُسلَّم ملفاً قابلاً للتعديل بصيغة Word ونسخة PDF. تُقدَّم ثلاث مراجعات مجانية بعد التسليم — إضافات أو حذف أو تصحيحات ضمن الموضوع المتفق عليه — وكل مراجعة إضافية بنسبة 5% من سعر المشروع. يُتحقَّق من أعمال الدرجة المتقدمة عبر Turnitin، مع ضمان أقل من 10% سرقة أدبية وإعادة فحص مجانية. أنت تمتلك الوثيقة النهائية المُسلَّمة، وأنت مسؤول عن طريقة استخدامها، بما في ذلك الالتزام بقواعد أي جهة تقدّمها إليها. لا تتحمّل كودفورم مسؤولية طريقة توظيف البحث.
يُسعَّر عمل الستوديو لكل م² من المساحة المبنية، بسعر باقتك أو خدمتك. ويُؤكَّد رقمك الدقيق وعدد المراجعات والمدّة مع عرض السعر. تُعدّ المخططات بناءً على تفاصيل الأرض والمعلومات التي تقدّمها، وأنت مسؤول عن دقّتها. يعتمد المهندس المدني المُجاز المجموعات المختومة، وتكون جاهزة لتقديم طلب إجازة البناء، أما الإجازة نفسها فتقرّرها الجهات المختصة. ويشمل الختم المجموعة كما سُلِّمت، وللأرض التي أُعدّت لها. يصمّم الستوديو ويرسم، ولا ينفّذ البناء ولا يشرف عليه. تُسلَّم المخططات بصيغة DWG و PDF، والملفات المصدرية ثلاثية الأبعاد عند الطلب.
خدمة كودفورم للذكاء الاصطناعي قريبة الإطلاق. الانضمام إلى قائمة الانتظار مجاني ولا يُلزمك ولا يُلزم كودفورم بشيء. تُؤكَّد شروط الأسعار والدفع والتسليم عند الإطلاق، ويحصل أعضاء قائمة الانتظار الأوائل على سعر المؤسِّس كما يُعلَن حينها. وعند الإطلاق، تعتمد النصّ والقصة المصوّرة قبل المعالجة النهائية. أنت مسؤول عن امتلاك حقوق مواد علامتك التي تقدّمها، وعمّا يقوله الإعلان بعد اعتمادك للنصّ.
منتجات كودفورم، مثل Kroslink، تصنعها كودفورم وتديرها. الاشتراك يمنحك حق استخدام المنتج، ولا ينقل إليك ملكيته. كل منتج مجاني للبدء بحدود، والدرجات المدفوعة تفتح المزيد، وتُحدَّد أسماء الدرجات وأسعارها وحدودها لكل منتج عند إطلاقه. قد تتغيّر ميزات المنتجات التي في مرحلة الوصول المبكر وحدودها وتوفّرها. وعند ربط حساباتك على منصّات أخرى، مثل يوتيوب وفيسبوك وإنستغرام وتيك توك، تكون مسؤولاً عمّا تنشره وعن الالتزام بقواعد تلك المنصّات. وإن نشر منتج شروطاً خاصة به، فإنها تنطبق أيضاً. والانضمام إلى قائمة الانتظار لا يُلزمك ولا يُلزم كودفورم بشيء.
أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند تقديم الطلبات، وعن امتلاك حقوق المحتوى الذي تقدّمه لكودفورم — النصوص والصور والشعارات والقوائم والوثائق وتفاصيل الأرض — وعمّا يتضمّنه. تُعامَل الملفات والتفاصيل التي ترسلها مع طلبك كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية. إساءة استخدام المنتجات المُسلَّمة تقع على عاتق المستخدم وحده.
يحق لكودفورم عرض الأعمال التي تسلّمها — الشاشات والصور ثلاثية الأبعاد والمخططات — ضمن أعمالها، مع حجب البيانات الحساسة. وإن كان مشروعك يجب أن يبقى خاصاً، فأخبرنا بذلك قبل بدء العمل.
تعتمد بعض الخدمات على جهات خارج كودفورم: مزوّدي الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات والدومين، ومتاجر التطبيقات، ومزوّدي الدفع، وواتساب، ومنصّات التواصل، و Turnitin. توفّرها وقراراتها وتغييرات أسعارها خارج سيطرة كودفورم.
تقتصر مسؤولية كودفورم عن أي خدمة على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابلها. ولا تتحمّل كودفورم مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة، مثل خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات أو تعطّل الأعمال.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين العراق. وإذا نشأ خلاف، تواصل معنا أولاً وسنعمل على حلّه مباشرةً.
قد تُحدِّث كودفورم هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام خدماتنا يعني قبولك للشروط المحدَّثة. ويبقى المشروع المتفق عليه خاضعاً للشروط التي كانت سارية عند موافقتك عليه، باستثناء أن الرسوم الشهرية قد تُراجَع مرة في السنة، بإشعار قبل 30 يوماً على الأقل من أي تغيير.

This policy explains what CodeForm collects, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it. CodeForm is based in Iraq. The policy covers this website and all our services: Technology (apps, websites, and software), Research, Studio, AI, Suite, and Bundles. Kroslink has its own privacy policy, at kroslink.codeform.tech/privacy. It covers the Kroslink app, its website, and the accounts you connect to it.
We collect only what we need to answer you and do the work. Almost all of it is what you give us:
We never collect card details. CodeForm does not run user accounts on this website, and the site has no analytics or advertising scripts.
Your data is used to answer your questions, prepare your quote, deliver your order, confirm payments, provide the support you chose, and improve our services. We email a waitlist only about the product you joined it for. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share your data only with the services that help us do the work, and only what each one needs:
Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
We use WhatsApp to follow up with customers who provided WhatsApp as their preferred contact method on a form. By using this channel you agree to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp only to answer questions and to receive, process, confirm, and follow up on orders. A booking or ordering system we run for a business sends its customers confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp, to the phone number they give when they book or order. You can also reach us by phone or email at any time. If you contact us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube, that platform's own privacy policy applies.
You pay by ZainCash or Al Rafidain Bank transfer, directly with those providers, so your card details and bank login never reach us. To confirm a payment, we keep the receipt and transfer details you send, such as the name, amount, date, and transaction reference. We keep payment records for our accounts.
The apps, websites, and software we build often hold data about your own customers or users. That data belongs to you, and you decide how it is used. We access it only to build, test, fix, update, back up, and secure the product, and we use it for nothing else.
Don't send passwords through a form. When a project needs access to an account, we agree with you on a safer way to share it.
CodeForm may show the work it delivers, such as screens, renders, and drawings, in its portfolio, with sensitive data redacted. That includes names, phone numbers, customer records, and plot and deed details. If your project must stay private, tell us before work begins. If it is already shown and you want it removed, contact us.
This site uses no third-party cookies or tracking scripts. The only data stored in your browser (via localStorage) is your theme and language preference, so they stay as you set them from page to page. They are not transmitted to any server. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends Google your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads. Netlify's servers receive the same details when you visit, as with any website.
Forms and files are kept in our Netlify account and our email inbox, and messages stay in WhatsApp and email. The data of a system we run is kept on Supabase, and the sites on Cloudflare, for as long as the service runs. Our providers may store data on servers outside Iraq. We keep your details for as long as we need them for your request, your project, and the support after it, and payment records for as long as our accounts require. A waitlist entry stays until you ask us to remove it.
Pages and forms on this site are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Within CodeForm, only the team working on your request sees what you send. In a system we run, each business's data is kept separate from every other business's. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you.
Our services are for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you. If we learn that a minor sent us personal data without one, we will delete it.
To see the data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or delete it, contact us (Section 16). You can also ask to be removed from a waitlist at any time. We reply within 30 days. We may keep what the law or our payment records require, and if your project is still under way, deleting its details means we can't finish it. You can clear the locally stored theme and language preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
CodeForm may update this policy at any time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. It will be updated to cover the AI service and new Suite products when they launch.

توضّح هذه السياسة ما تجمعه كودفورم من بيانات، ولماذا، ومن يتعامل معها غيرنا، وما يمكنك أن تطلبه منا بشأنها. مقرّ كودفورم في العراق. وتشمل هذه السياسة هذا الموقع وجميع خدماتنا: التقنيات (التطبيقات والمواقع والبرمجيات)، والأبحاث، والستوديو، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والمنتجات، والحزم. أما Kroslink فله سياسة خصوصية خاصة به على kroslink.codeform.tech/privacy، تشمل التطبيق وموقعه والحسابات التي تربطها به.
نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه للرد عليك وإنجاز العمل، ومعظمه ما تقدّمه أنت:
لا نجمع بيانات البطاقات المصرفية أبداً. لا تُشغّل كودفورم حسابات مستخدمين على هذا الموقع، ولا يحتوي الموقع على أي نصوص تحليلات أو إعلانات.
تُستخدَم بياناتك للإجابة عن أسئلتك، وإعداد عرض السعر، وتسليم طلبك، وتأكيد الدفعات، وتقديم الدعم الذي اخترته، وتحسين خدماتنا. ولا نراسل قائمة الانتظار إلا بشأن المنتج الذي انضممت إليها من أجله. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
لا نشارك بياناتك إلا مع الخدمات التي تساعدنا في إنجاز العمل، وبالقدر الذي تحتاجه كل منها فقط:
وتتعامل كل جهة منها مع البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. وقد نفصح عن البيانات حيث يفرض القانون ذلك.
نستخدم واتساب لمتابعة العملاء الذين اختاروا واتساب كوسيلة تواصل مفضّلة في النموذج. باستخدامك لهذه القناة، فأنت توافق على سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بواتساب. نستخدم واتساب فقط للإجابة عن الأسئلة، ولاستلام الطلبات ومعالجتها وتأكيدها ومتابعتها. ونظام الحجز أو الطلبات الذي نديره لأي عمل يرسل إلى زبائنه تأكيدات وتذكيرات عبر واتساب، على رقم الهاتف الذي يقدّمونه عند الحجز أو الطلب. ويمكنك أيضاً التواصل معنا عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني في أي وقت. وإذا تواصلت معنا عبر إنستغرام أو فيسبوك أو تيك توك أو يوتيوب، فتنطبق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك المنصّة.
تدفع عبر ZainCash أو بالتحويل إلى مصرف الرافدين، مباشرةً لدى هاتين الجهتين، فلا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك ولا بيانات دخولك إلى حسابك المصرفي. ولتأكيد الدفعة، نحتفظ بالإيصال وتفاصيل التحويل التي ترسلها، مثل الاسم والمبلغ والتاريخ ورقم المعاملة. ونحتفظ بسجلات الدفع لحساباتنا.
غالباً ما تحتوي التطبيقات والمواقع والبرمجيات التي نبنيها على بيانات عملائك أو مستخدميك. هذه البيانات ملكك، وأنت من يقرّر كيف تُستخدَم. لا ندخل إليها إلا لبناء المنتج واختباره وإصلاحه وتحديثه ونسخه احتياطياً وتأمينه، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر.
لا ترسل كلمات المرور عبر النماذج. وعندما يحتاج مشروع إلى الدخول إلى أحد حساباتك، نتفق معك على طريقة أكثر أماناً لمشاركته.
يحق لكودفورم عرض الأعمال التي تسلّمها، مثل الشاشات والصور ثلاثية الأبعاد والمخططات، ضمن أعمالها، مع حجب البيانات الحساسة. ويشمل ذلك الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف وسجلات العملاء وتفاصيل الأرض وسند الملكية. وإن كان مشروعك يجب أن يبقى خاصاً، فأخبرنا بذلك قبل بدء العمل. وإن كان معروضاً وتريد إزالته، فتواصل معنا.
لا يستخدم هذا الموقع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط تابعة لجهات خارجية أو نصوص تتبع. البيانات الوحيدة المُخزَّنة في متصفحك (عبر localStorage) هي تفضيلات المظهر واللغة، لتبقى كما اخترتها أثناء التنقّل بين الصفحات، ولا تُنقَل إلى أي خادم. ويحمّل الموقع خطوطه من Google Fonts، لذلك يرسل متصفحك إلى Google عنوان IP الخاص بك وبيانات أساسية عن المتصفح عند تحميل الصفحة. وتستقبل خوادم Netlify البيانات نفسها عند زيارتك للموقع، كما يحدث مع أي موقع.
تُحفَظ النماذج والملفات في حسابنا على Netlify وفي بريدنا الإلكتروني، وتبقى الرسائل في واتساب والبريد الإلكتروني. وتُحفَظ بيانات النظام الذي نديره على Supabase، والمواقع على Cloudflare، طوال مدة الخدمة. وقد يحفظ مزوّدو الخدمات البيانات على خوادم خارج العراق. نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دمنا نحتاجها لطلبك ومشروعك والدعم الذي يليه، وبسجلات الدفع ما دامت حساباتنا تتطلّبها. ويبقى تسجيلك في قائمة الانتظار حتى تطلب إزالته.
تُرسَل صفحات الموقع ونماذجه عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). وداخل كودفورم، لا يطّلع على ما ترسله إلا الفريق الذي يعمل على طلبك. وفي النظام الذي نديره، تُحفَظ بيانات كل عمل منفصلة عن بيانات غيره. لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، وإذا تأثّرت بياناتك باختراق، فسنخبرك بذلك.
خدماتنا موجّهة للبالغين. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 عاماً، فاطلب من أحد والديك أو من وليّ أمرك التواصل معنا نيابةً عنك. وإذا علمنا أن قاصراً أرسل إلينا بيانات شخصية دون ذلك، فسنحذفها.
لمعرفة البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، أو الحصول على نسخة منها، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، تواصل معنا (القسم ١٦). ويمكنك أيضاً أن تطلب إزالتك من قائمة الانتظار في أي وقت. نردّ خلال 30 يوماً. وقد نحتفظ بما يفرضه القانون أو تتطلّبه سجلات الدفع، وإذا كان مشروعك ما يزال قيد التنفيذ، فإن حذف تفاصيله يعني أننا لن نتمكّن من إكماله. يمكنك مسح تفضيلات المظهر واللغة المخزَّنة محلياً في أي وقت عبر مسح بيانات الموقع في متصفحك.
قد تُحدِّث كودفورم هذه السياسة في أي وقت، ويُظهر التاريخ في أعلاها موعد آخر تعديل. وستُحدَّث لتشمل خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي ومنتجات جديدة عند إطلاقها.
