1. General

By using CodeForm's services you agree to the terms below. Services are provided by CodeForm, based in Iraq. These terms apply to all services and products: Technology (apps, websites, and software), Research, Studio, AI, Suite, and Bundles. Ticking "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" on a request form is your agreement to them. The details on each service's page and the quote you confirm form part of these terms.

2. Service Terms

All services are provided as described on this site. Prices shown are starting prices, except Bundles, whose prices are fixed. Every project starts with a free conversation, with no obligation. Specific timelines, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed after reviewing each request, and nothing is built, written, or drawn before you agree to the price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. CodeForm reserves the right to decline any project.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms depend on the service. All prices are in Iraqi dinars (IQD).

• Development services (App, Website, Software) and Research: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% on delivery.
• Bundles: the bundle price on Payment plan 1, or the setup fee on Payment plan 2, is paid 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery. The bundle's monthly fee starts when it goes live (Section 7).
• Studio: payment terms are confirmed with your quote, before work begins.
• Managed Support: a monthly fee set by what your project runs (Section 6), starting when it goes live.
• Suite: free tiers need no payment. Paid tiers and their prices are set at each product's launch.
• AI Ad Creation: terms confirmed at launch.

Monthly fees are due at the start of each month. Accepted payment methods: ZainCash and Al Rafidain Bank transfer. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Providing a false transaction reference is a breach of these terms.

Final files, source code, account access, and stamped drawings are handed over once payment is complete. If a payment is late, work pauses until it is made. If a monthly fee is 14 days late, WhatsApp messages pause; at 30 days, the site or system pauses. Both resume once the fee is paid.

4. Refund Policy

Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun or the order has been processed. If a problem comes up afterward, free support is provided to fix it — limited to what was agreed before work started.

A monthly fee is not refunded for a month that has started. You can stop a monthly fee at any time, and the service ends at the end of the month already paid.

Exceptions:

• Research: three free revisions are provided after delivery in place of refunds.
• Studio: the revisions included with your quote are provided in place of refunds.
• Suite: refunds for paid tiers follow the terms set at each product's launch.

5. Timelines

Timelines depend on the scope of work and are confirmed after we review your request. Until then, the timelines shown on each service's page are estimates. Bundles are delivered within the timeline published for each bundle. A timeline starts once the deposit is paid and we have the content and details you need to provide. Delays in providing them, or in your approvals, extend the timeline.

6. Technology Terms

Every app, website, and software project includes launch support, and you choose one:

• Managed Support: CodeForm runs the project for you: hosting, the database and its daily backups, the domain, security updates, fixes, and WhatsApp messages up to the allowance agreed with your quote. The monthly fee depends on what the project runs: 5,000 IQD for a site or app with no system, 25,000 IQD with listings and search, 30,000 IQD with booking or ordering, and 35,000 IQD with patient records or a store. New features are quoted separately.
• Full Handover: the code, every project file, and the hosting, database, and domain accounts move to your name, included in the project price. From then on you run the project and pay the providers yourself.

You can move from Managed Support to a Full Handover at any time. You own the product built for you once payment is complete. CodeForm keeps the right to reuse general tools, components, and know-how that are not specific to your project. After a Full Handover, CodeForm is not responsible for changes made by others or for the infrastructure you run. App stores, hosting, and domains are subject to the rules of the providers that run them, including app store review.

7. Bundle Terms

Bundles are fixed-price and fixed-scope. Your price is locked at the time you apply. Anything beyond a bundle's scope is quoted separately and added to the project. You provide the content each bundle lists, and your logo and brand colors unless we agree to design them. If you already have part of a bundle, the scope is adjusted with a credit or a swap of equal value, agreed during onboarding.

Every bundle has a monthly fee, and you choose one of two payment plans:

• Payment plan 1: the bundle price, then the bundle's monthly fee.
• Payment plan 2: a smaller setup fee, then a higher monthly fee for 3 years, then the same monthly fee as plan 1. Launch Starter and Business Presence are offered on plan 1 only.

Each bundle's price, setup fee, and monthly fees are shown on the Bundles page. The monthly fee keeps the bundle running: hosting, domain, backups, and fixes, and, for a bundle with a system, WhatsApp confirmations and reminders up to its monthly allowance (400 messages for Academy & Education and Real Estate Agency, 800 for Restaurant & Café, Medical Practice, and Ecommerce Starter). Extra messages are 1,500 IQD per 100. Orders placed through a bundle are paid cash on delivery; online payment, such as ZainCash or cards, is not included and is quoted separately.

A bundle runs on systems that CodeForm builds and runs for many businesses. Your domain, your content, and your business's data are yours, and you can ask for an export of them at any time. The system itself is a service, provided while the monthly fee is paid, and it is not handed over; owning the code is a custom project under Section 6. You can stop a bundle at any time: its site and system then stop at the end of the month already paid. Section 6's terms on third-party providers apply to Bundles too.

8. Research Terms

Research is written to your topic, tier, length, and language, and delivered as an editable Word file and a PDF. Three free revisions are included after delivery — additions, removals, or corrections within the agreed topic. Each extra revision is 5% of the project price. Advanced work is verified with Turnitin, with under 10% plagiarism guaranteed and a free re-check. You own the final delivered document, and you are responsible for how it is used, including following the rules of any institution you submit it to. CodeForm is not responsible for how the delivered research is used.

9. Studio Terms

Studio work is priced per m² of built area, at the rate of your package or service. Your exact figure, included revisions, and timeline are confirmed with your quote. Drawings are based on the plot details and information you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy. Stamped sets are signed off by the licensed civil engineer and ready to submit for a building permit; the permit itself is decided by the authorities. The stamp covers the set as delivered, for the plot it was made for. Studio designs and draws; it does not carry out or supervise construction. Drawings are delivered as DWG and PDF, and 3D source files on request.

10. AI Ad Creation Terms

CodeForm AI is launching soon. Joining the waitlist is free and places no obligation on you or CodeForm. Pricing, payment, and delivery terms are confirmed at launch, and early waitlist members get founder pricing as announced then. At launch, you approve the script and the storyboard before the final render. You are responsible for having the rights to the brand materials you provide, and once you approve a script, for what the ad says.

11. Suite Terms

Suite products, such as Kroslink, are made and run by CodeForm. Subscribing gives you use of a product; it does not transfer ownership of it. Each product is free to start with limits, and paid tiers unlock more; tier names, prices, and limits are set for each product at launch. Products in early access may change their features, limits, and availability. When you connect accounts on other platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, you are responsible for what you publish and for following those platforms' rules. Where a product publishes its own terms, those apply as well. Joining a waitlist places no obligation on you or CodeForm.

12. User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders, and for having the rights to the content you give CodeForm — text, photos, logos, menus, listings, documents, and plot details — and for what it says. The files and details you send with a request are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Misuse of delivered products is solely the user's responsibility.

13. Our Work

CodeForm may show the work it delivers — screens, renders, and drawings — in its portfolio, with sensitive data redacted. If your project must stay private, tell us before work begins.

14. Third-Party Services

Some services depend on providers outside CodeForm: hosting, database, and domain providers, app stores, payment providers, WhatsApp, social platforms, and Turnitin. Their availability, decisions, and price changes are outside CodeForm's control.

15. Limitation of Liability

CodeForm's liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. CodeForm is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost data, or interrupted business.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq. If a disagreement comes up, contact us first and we will work to resolve it directly.

17. Changes to Terms

CodeForm may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms. A project already agreed stays under the terms that applied when you agreed to it, except that monthly fees may be reviewed once a year, with at least 30 days' notice before a change.
