By using CodeForm's services you agree to the terms below. Services are provided by CodeForm, based in Iraq. These terms apply to all services including development, design, research, and gaming subscriptions.
All services are provided as described on this site. Specific timelines, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed after reviewing each request. CodeForm reserves the right to decline any project.
Payment terms depend on the service.
Accepted payment methods: ZainCash and Al Rafidain Bank transfer. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Providing a false transaction reference is a breach of these terms.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun or the order has been processed. If a problem comes up afterward, free support is provided to fix it — limited to what was agreed before work started.
Exceptions:
Timelines for development and research depend on the scope of work and are confirmed after we review your request. Gaming subscriptions are delivered the same day or within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Accounts are delivered same day or within 24 hours of confirmed payment. If an account stops working after delivery through no fault of the buyer, CodeForm will replace or fix it at no cost. This guarantee does not cover:
Research is created for informational and personal use. Free revisions are included after delivery. You own the final delivered document. CodeForm is not responsible for how the delivered research is used.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders. Misuse of delivered products is solely the user's responsibility.
CodeForm may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
باستخدامك لخدمات CodeForm، فأنت توافق على الشروط الواردة أدناه. تُقدَّم الخدمات من قِبل CodeForm ومقرها العراق. تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع الخدمات بما فيها التطوير والتصميم والأبحاث واشتراكات الألعاب.
تُقدَّم جميع الخدمات كما هو موضح في هذا الموقع. تُؤكَّد الجداول الزمنية والمخرجات والأسعار بعد مراجعة كل طلب. تحتفظ CodeForm بحق رفض أي مشروع.

طرق الدفع المقبولة: ZainCash وتحويل مصرف الرافدين. تُؤكَّد الطلبات عبر واتساب. تقديم رقم معاملة مزيف يُعدّ انتهاكاً لهذه الشروط.
الدفعات والمبالغ غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء العمل أو معالجة الطلب. وإذا ظهرت مشكلة بعد ذلك، يُقدَّم دعم مجاني لإصلاحها — في حدود ما تم الاتفاق عليه قبل بدء العمل.
استثناءات:
تعتمد الجداول الزمنية للتطوير والأبحاث على نطاق العمل وتُؤكَّد بعد مراجعة طلبك. أما اشتراكات الألعاب فتُسلَّم في نفس اليوم أو خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد الدفع.
تُسلَّم الحسابات في نفس اليوم أو خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد الدفع. إذا توقّف حساب عن العمل بعد التسليم دون أن يكون ذلك بسبب المشتري، تقوم CodeForm باستبداله أو إصلاحه مجاناً. لا يشمل هذا الضمان:
تُنشأ الأبحاث للاستخدام الشخصي والمعلوماتي. المراجعات المجانية مضمّنة بعد التسليم. أنت تمتلك الوثيقة المُسلَّمة. لا تتحمّل CodeForm مسؤولية طريقة توظيف البحث.
أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند تقديم الطلبات. إساءة استخدام المنتجات المُسلَّمة تقع على عاتق المستخدم وحده.
قد تُحدِّث CodeForm هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام خدماتنا يعني قبولك للشروط المحدَّثة.

We collect only what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and order or project details submitted through forms or WhatsApp.
Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order, communicate about your request, and improve our services. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.
The only data stored in your browser (via localStorage) is your theme and language preference. CodeForm does not operate user accounts and does not maintain a central database of personal information. Details submitted through service or research forms are transmitted securely via Netlify Forms and reach us by email. Gaming subscription orders and their payment receipts are sent through WhatsApp and remain within WhatsApp.
Gaming subscription order details (along with the matching payment receipts) are sent via WhatsApp, since this allows us to verify your receipt and deliver your account credentials securely in real time. We also use WhatsApp to follow up with customers who provided WhatsApp as their preferred contact method on a form. By using this channel you agree to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp only to receive, process, confirm, and follow up on orders.
This site uses no third-party cookies or tracking scripts. Your theme and language preferences are saved locally in your browser and are not transmitted to any server.
You can clear the locally stored theme and language preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data. To request deletion of any details you've sent us through a form or WhatsApp, contact us directly.

تُرسَل تفاصيل طلبات اشتراكات الألعاب (مع إيصالات الدفع المرافقة لها) عبر واتساب، لأن ذلك يتيح لنا التحقق من الإيصال وتسليم بيانات حسابك بشكل آمن وفي الوقت الفعلي. كما نستخدم واتساب لمتابعة العملاء الذين اختاروا واتساب كوسيلة تواصل مفضّلة في النموذج. باستخدامك لهذه القناة، فأنت توافق على سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بواتساب. نستخدم واتساب فقط لاستلام الطلبات ومعالجتها وتأكيدها ومتابعتها.
لا يستخدم هذا الموقع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط تابعة لجهات خارجية أو نصوص تتبع. تُحفَظ تفضيلات المظهر واللغة محلياً في متصفحك ولا تُنقَل إلى أي خادم.
